Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you can expect to:



  • Enhance the retail experience in our stores by providing best-in-class service and value-added solutions to our customers.

  • Promote Rogers & Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard.

  • Engage and grow your customer base with personalized communication and outreach via phone calls and business text messaging.

  • Participate in community events and outreach to support local small businesses.

  • Operate with a creative spirit that can adapt to an ever-changing environment while enjoying the thrill of hitting sales goals.

Corporate presence and onsite requirement

To support career growth, collaboration, and high-performing teams, all Corporate Employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of four (4) days per week starting October 6, 2025, increasing to five (5) days per week effective February 2, 2026.
