We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Assistant Manager to join a dynamic retail team. In this role, you will help drive operational success, support team development, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.

Responsabilités principales / Key Responsibilities

• Français: Appuyer la direction du magasin en prenant en charge certaines fonctions clés : ventes, opérations, marchandisage ou gestion administrative
• Français: Assurer la gestion complète du magasin en l’absence du responsable principal
• Français: Coordonner et superviser le travail quotidien de l’équipe en boutique
• Français: Définir les priorités afin d’assurer une exécution efficace des tâches, en collaboration avec les autres responsables
• Français: Mettre en œuvre des actions visant à améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle et atteindre les objectifs de performance
• Français: Participer au recrutement et à l’intégration de nouveaux talents pour créer un environnement de travail dynamique et inclusif
• Français: Adapter la planification des tâches pour répondre aux objectifs à court terme
• Français: Contribuer à l’exécution de la stratégie de marque en alignant les activités quotidiennes sur la mission de l’entreprise
• Français: Rédiger des rapports statistiques et narratifs sur les activités du magasin
• Français: Assurer la coordination avec l’équipe visuelle et veiller à l’entretien général de l’espace de vente

• English: Support the store leadership by overseeing specific areas such as sales, operations, merchandising, or administration
• English: Take on full store management duties in the absence of the store leader
• English: Supervise and coordinate daily workflows of frontline staff
• English: Prioritize team tasks to ensure efficient execution and collaborate with other supervisors as needed
• English: Implement operational improvements to enhance performance and meet department goals
• English: Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members to foster an inclusive and energetic environment
• English: Align team efforts with short-term goals and adapt strategies as required
• English: Contribute to brand execution by connecting daily operations with broader company objectives
• English: Maintain accurate reports on store performance and activities
• English: Liaise with visual merchandising teams and support upkeep of the retail environment

Qualifications / Profil recherché

• Français: Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en gestion dans le commerce de détail
• Français: Intérêt marqué pour le sport, la mode sportive ou un mode de vie actif
• Français: Disponibilité pour travailler les soirs, fins de semaine, jours fériés, et parfois de nuit
• Français: Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et résolution de problèmes
• Français: Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
• English: At least 2 years of experience in a retail leadership role
• English: Strong interest or background in sports, active lifestyle, or athletic fashion
• English: Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts
• English: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• English: Bilingual proficiency in French and English
