Location: Vaughan, ON (Hybrid)
As the Sales & Marketing Analyst, you will be contributing to the performance of Bausch + Lombs Surgical, Vision Care and Pharma business units dedicated to providing superior patient outcomes. This position will involve working with the Surgical, Vision Care and Pharma Commercial Leadership Teams (including the marketing team, sales directors, and business unit director) and the cross‑functional teams, to create, implement, and advance key strategic sales and marketing deliverables in highly dynamic markets. You will also have responsibility for consolidating and synthesizing large data sets and communicating simplified and actionable insights to the business. This is a unique opportunity to work on multiple products and multiple portfolios, including new product launches in 2025.
