We are seeking a full-time associate with a background in Marketing or Business who is enthusiastic about customer service, sales, and marketing. This role combines in-store customer support with marketing and digital responsibilities. You will be the friendly face greeting customers, helping them find the right flooring, while also supporting our website and marketing efforts. This is an in-person position at our Waterloo store and requires someone who enjoys engaging with people and driving sales through excellent customer experiences.
