Your Challenge

• Greet customers, identify and meet their needs by offering the optimal solution (60% of the time);
• Support the warehouse team (34% of the time);
• Provide service according to the company’s standards;

Your Responsibilities

• Greet, guide and advise customers with the ultimate purpose of making sales while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty;
• Analyze customers’ requests and propose various products and services tailored to their specific needs;
• Present and propose services of the SPI solution and describe their benefits;
• Meet customers’ demands and identify new business opportunities;
• Ensure that the established standards regarding branch organization are respected at all times (merchandizing, receiving and shipping, location maintenance and housekeeping, etc.);
• Attend various training sessions and look for new ideas and products;
• Act as support for the warehouse team.
