Overview

We Are Hiring a Full-Time Service Advisor at our shop in Essex, ON!

Starting at $30–$40 / hr • Benefits, RRSP Match & Bonus Structure • Full time (40–45 hours / week) + occasional weekend work • Monday to Friday schedule

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support technicians in the service shop to ensure efficient workflow and quality repairs
  • Manage daily service operations, balancing customer needs and internal goals
  • Oversee all technicians and shop projects to maintain productivity and timelines
  • Schedule and assign work based on technician skillsets and shop priorities
Requirements
  • 2+ years of supervisory or lead-hand experience in a service environment (agricultural or mechanical preferred)
