As a Sales Account Manager, you will partner with advertisers to reach Amazon customers across Amazon.ca and high-quality sites, using your customer obsession and quantitative analytics to drive revenue and exceed targets.
You’ll manage complex advertiser goals, nurture client relationships, and create revenue opportunities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Your ability to dive deep into data and communicate actionable insights will inform strategic, personalized recommendations that optimize campaign performance.
In this role, you will lead annual media strategies and develop campaign and audience engagement recommendations to grow advertiser business. You will become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions, delivering top-tier sales and customer service and retaining and upselling existing accounts.
You will conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate success metrics, communicate “why” behind results, and make actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
