Qualifications

• A sound knowledge and background in geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing.
• Knowledge of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act and other pertinent regulations.
• Current membership in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Implement AgeCare policies and collaborate with the Registered Nurse.
• Liaise with health care team members and notify changes in resident status.
• Provide direction to Personal Support Workers.
