Rimkus is seeking a Bilingual Roofing Project Manager in Montreal. The role involves assessing building conditions, managing roofing projects, and ensuring compliance with standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive roofing experience and strong communication skills to navigate various project demands and client interactions.
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Roofing Project Manager for a full-time position, based in our Montreal location.
The Roofing Project Manager will apply their technical knowledge to evaluate existing buildings and design solutions for our client's complex and unique problems. Projects will include a mix of residential, multi-family, and commercial projects, with an emphasis on repair of damage from fire, wind, flood, and impacts, as well as adaptive reuse of older buildings and enhancements to existing facilities to accommodate changes in use and implementation of equipment and machinery and written are essential.
