We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead operations, mentor team members, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant services. This role involves overseeing shop and field activities, maintaining equipment, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Mentor and supervise operators.
  • Provide operational expertise and maintain a professional attitude with customers.
  • Plan and execute operations, including tools, logistics, and crew coordination.
  • Ensure units are stocked with required tools and supplies.
  • Supervise rig‑in and rig‑out of pressure control equipment, lubricators, and tools.
  • Operate and supervise standard mast units and mast units with swab lines.
  • Understand pressure control equipment and theory.
  • Perform gun loading operations and arm explosive devices.
  • Run various logging operations (GR, N, CCL, temperature, CBL, VDL, RBL).
  • Set bridge plugs, cement retainers, and packers; perform perforating operations.
  • Troubleshoot tools and surface equipment for open/short circuits.
  • Maintain all required safety, operational, and regulatory documentation.
  • Complete field invoicing and understand pricing structures.
  • Commit to ongoing self‑improvement through training (LMS).
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proven experience in wireline operations and supervisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of pressure control equipment and wireline tools.
  • Ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.
  • Competence in running logging tools and setting downhole equipment.
  • Knowledge of TCP perforating configurations and shot density limitations.
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
Education and Experience
  • 18 years of age.
  • Successful completion of the pre‑hire testing (physical / hearing test / drug and alcohol screen).
  • Acceptable driver’s abstract.
