SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly organized Reverse Logistics Associate to specialize in tracking returned products within our system. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth return processing, and driving data-driven improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of reverse logistics tracking systems.

Shift: Monday to Friday (Possible remote work on Monday & Friday)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Product Tracking & Reconciliation: Monitor and update the movement of returned products, ensuring accurate status updates from receipt to final disposition.
    • Coordinate the return process from customers to warehouses, ensuring timely execution.
    • Collection of BOLs, PODs and all necessary documentation needed to support the client and Transportation team.
    • Engage with carriers to resolve invoice discrepancies and inventory variances.
  • Analyze return data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Work closely with warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, finance, and supply chain teams to implement changes, resolve service and operational issues. Escalating to Operations management requiring intervention or guidance
  • Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in logistics, inventory management, or reverse supply chain operations.
  • Strong proficiency in tracking software and database management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suit (excel, Word, PowerPoint)
