Responsibilities include analyzing performance reports, supporting the Reservations Department, and ensuring proper communication with sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, is proficient in English, and has a background in hospitality. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Principal Responsibilities
General
Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of information relating to guest / colleague data held within the hotel. Re‑direct ‘press’ calls at all times to the correct colleagues and not disclose any data to outside sources.
