Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in an accounting/finance role.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
• Comfort using AI tools to support tasks.
• High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for the entire contract to invoice process.
• Directly manage 2 Intermediate Accountants.
• Partner with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure DSO targets are met.
• Prepare and post monthly recurring revenue journal entries.
• Own the reconciliation for a selection of general ledger accounts.
