Residential Shift Supervisor - Dorothy Day Place - Full Time

Job details

Hours: Monday to Friday – Afternoon and overnight rotation

Rate of Pay: $27.58/hour – $32.87/hour (Starting salary determined by factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions)

Retention Bonus: $1000 after 3 months with an additional $1000 at 9 months

How You Will Make an Impact

• Onboarding, orientation and training of new staff
• Providing leadership and support to frontline staff, including debriefing, facilitation, conflict resolution and crisis intervention
• Provide ongoing mentorship and coordination to team members to support consistency and quality in all service provision
• Provide insight and input, as required, to the performance evaluation process
• Provide direct client service to program participants
• Provide service in a dignified, culturally safe and respectful manner that reflects the charism of Good Shepherd, and which reflects an integrated anti-racism/anti-oppression, feminist framework
