Overview

Canna Cabana is actively seeking Part-Time Sales Associates who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Join us and become an important part of a company where the sky is the limit.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services required.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
• Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels.
• Participate in merchandising and promotional activities for accessories.
• Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
• Adapt communication style to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals.
• Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company positively.
• Attempt to calm irate customers by explaining the situation and resolving issues to the best of your ability.
• Take orders from customers and prepare products for purchase.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the issue resolution and the resolution process.
• Assist with display of merchandise and inventory management.
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.
• Participate in store maintenance and cooperate with management and other employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence.
• Answer external and internal phone calls and transfer to the appropriate person or Store Manager.
• Adhere to health, safety, and security regulations and required standards.
• Abide by all company policies and procedures as directed by the Store/Assistant Managers.
• Available to work any shift depending on store operation.
• Must provide a copy of completed Cannabis Retail Certification - CannSell License and a clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
• Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience in sales and customer service required.
• Must have knowledge of and passion for cannabis and accessories.
• Must be available for shift work according to business needs, Monday to Sunday.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical problems and pay attention to detail.
• Desire to educate customers and the community about cannabis benefits without giving medical advice.
• Ability to work nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations.
