Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong store operations skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all Operations related aspects of a specific store location.
• Lead the operations of the store and ensure execution of processes.
• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
• Manage merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals.
• Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies.
• Participate in performance management for the operations team.
• Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients.
• Demonstrate understanding of store’s sales performance.
