What you will do:

• Provide an outstanding customer experience and show a professional image.
• Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.
• Greet customers at the service center.
• Accompany clients according to their needs.
• Complete billing.
• Support technicians during the installation of TAG systems and for repairs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment – health and well-being of our employees is important to us!

What you’ll need?

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service is a definite asset
• Hold a valid drivers’ license
• Bilingualism, an asset
• Be ready to commute from one service center to another within a radius of 20 km
