  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff training.
  • Determine type of services offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Participate in marketing plans and address customer complaints.
