Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on consistency, speed, and service excellence
- Motivate and mentor a team that’s friendly, efficient, and committed to hospitality
- Drive revenue through operational excellence, cost control, and community engagement
- Implement systems to streamline workflow, improve productivity, and elevate guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the leadership team on local marketing, new product launches, and team development
- Champion food safety, cleanliness, and a culture of accountability and respect
Qualifications
- A natural leader with at least 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-casual or casual dining space
- High-energy and hands-on—you lead by example and inspire through action
- Driven by hospitality, curious about innovation, and obsessed with team and guest experience
- Confident with scheduling, P&L management, inventory, and labour control
- Community-minded and people-focused—you love building strong teams and local connections
- Comfortable with technology and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
