Job description

Education:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years

Tasks:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization or delegate representatives in negotiations or official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executives; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; approve promotional campaigns; and oversee human resources planning

Supervision:

  • Manage 11-15 people

Experience:

  • 2 to less than 3 years
