We are currently hiring reliable and experienced individuals to provide respiratory care support to patients at home. This role plays an essential part in assisting individuals with respiratory needs through non-clinical services such as equipment setup, monitoring, and caregiver education.

Role Overview

As a Respiratory Care Support staff member, you will assist with the safe use and handling of respiratory equipment, provide basic education to patients and families, and support coordination of care. This non‑clinical position helps ensure patients can safely manage respiratory support in the home setting with comfort and confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and provide instruction for the safe use of home respiratory equipment (e.g., oxygen concentrators, CPAP/BiPAP units)
  • Educate patients and caregivers on equipment care, maintenance, and safety
  • Monitor patient usage and report concerns to the supervising nurse or care manager
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of supplies and devices
  • Communicate any issues or safety concerns to the clinical care team
  • Support client dignity, privacy, and safety during all services
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in home care, durable medical equipment (DME), or health support services preferred
  • Familiarity with basic respiratory equipment and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
