Position Overview

As our Resource Administrator you will coordinate and manage all aspects of a strategic staffing and resource management program in support of large-scale nuclear projects. You will handle planning, recruiting, staffing, logistics, and time and cost reporting while communicating with employees, project managers, suppliers, vendors, and internal resource teams.

Your Day to Day as our Resource Administrator
  • Manage employee and supplier schedules, maintain accurate resource data in the management system, and process all required documentation such as medicals, background checks, work permits, and security clear.Key
  • Track and report hours, payroll, and expenses, ensuring all entries are accurate, timely, and aligned with contract requirements.
  • Support recruitment efforts by sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating availability with resource managers and suppliers, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate staffing needs by liaising with key stakeholders, assigning personnel to projects, and maintaining up-to-date staffing lists to meet project demands.
  • Guide new hires through the recruitment and onboarding process, prepare onboarding packages, and provide support to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
Required Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

The base salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,000 and $82,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical iad retirement and/or other benefits.
