Overview

AZAD is seeking a Remote Senior UX Designer for a W2 Contract full-time position.

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Assignment Duration: The initial assignment length is 6+ months with likely chance of extension.

Client Industry: Likely Hospitality or Membership Based Digital Experiences

Compensation & Benefits: The hourly compensation pay rate range is between $49.00 - $52.00. Benefits include Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k.

Essential Functions :

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design efforts from concept to execution.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are met.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX and UI Design, with a portfolio of high-fidelity designs
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools
• Comfortable designing for scalable multi-site systems (e.g., one brand with 170 site variations).
• Experience in hospitality or membership-based digital experiences is a bonus.
