• 3-5 years experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician.
• 1 year of direct customer service experience.
• Must have a quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote patient triage and support.
• Provide client education and support.
• Coordinate follow-up care and appointments.
• Document and update patient records.
• Provide emergency virtual triage.
• Technical support for virtual consultations.
