What will you do?

As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will ensure that customers receive the best value for their products and services. Your responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls primarily to existing or past customers to upsell additional services
2. Selling and adding on products and services that meet customer needs
3. Staying updated on packages for Internet, home phone, programming, and TV services
4. Understanding customer situations and recognizing their needs
5. Building rapport quickly and overcoming objections
6. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality
7. Meeting and exceeding KPI targets

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a call center, specifically in outbound sales
• Minimum of 6 months sales experience
• Experience following a script
• Ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
• A strong desire to earn higher income through bonuses
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask using various software applications
• Equipment provided, but you must connect your computer directly to the modem via Ethernet (Wi-Fi is not compatible)
