Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in trades administration or warehousing.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, JD Edwards preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Operating a Skid steer/Fork lift is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Maintenance and Utilities department.
  • Assist with coding time and materials for operations and projects.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager for procurement processes.
  • Manage inventory processes and coordinate deliveries.
  • Source materials and solicit quotes as needed.
  • Generate order requests and forward invoices to Supply Chain.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of purchase orders.
  • Produce reports and forecasts as required.
  • Document all maintenance activities meticulously.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving for the site maintenance warehouse.
