Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Immigration Clerk, or Virtual Assistant.
  • Hands-on experience submitting applications via IRCC and ESDC portals.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French, Hindi, or Urdu is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple applications and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and review client documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare immigration application forms and supporting letters.
  • Submit applications through IRCC and ESDC online portals.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
  • Assist RCICs and Case Managers with file reviews and submissions.
