Qualifications

• Must provide a Criminal Records Check with vulnerable sector screening.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement goal-centered programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist in meeting Service Users' emotional and psychological needs.
• Support the efforts to meet Service Users' spiritual needs as necessary.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Medication administration training

Ability to work independently

Lifts and transfers skills

Personal Care Support experience

Education

Developmental Social Worker Diploma or equivalent

First Aid and CPR certification
