Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible to work with the Maintenance Managers and Supervisors to ensure proper preventative and proactive maintenance programs built into the Enrich Maintenance system
  2. Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) within the department and ensure follow up actions are completed on downtime issues or claims related to equipment failures
  3. Manage or participate in improvement projects which further develop and detail our processes and/or improve safety, downtime, cost and waste reduction
  4. Coordinate input from Maintenance Managers, Supervisors and Equipment Vendors to research and implement new mobile equipment specifications
  5. Ability to extract and manipulate data from different databases and build reliability indicators (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  6. Assist in scheduling equipment to Midland shop for preventive maintenance (PM), repairs, breakdowns or MVIs
  7. Assist in managing all telematic devices. Set up and track critical key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

  1. University degree in Engineering
  2. 3+ years’ related work experience
  3. Effective communicator with a demonstrated ability to work within team environment
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the focus on meeting strict deadlines
  5. Extensive knowledge of the multiple systems used within the department
  6. Knowledge of other processes and departments within the business
  7. Experience in transportation is an asset
