A mental health support organization in Manitoba is seeking a full-time Rehabilitation Worker to provide support to individuals facing mental illness, addictions, and homelessness. FULL-TIME, 35 HOURS/WEEK
We have two full-time regular Rehabilitation Worker positions available in CMHA’s Housing Services program. As part of our mission, we are developing a comprehensive community housing and wellness support continuum encompassing all three levels of Housing First: Intensive Case Management, Rapid Rehousing, and Assertive Community Treatment.
The Rehabilitation Worker supports individuals experiencing mental illness, addictions, and homelessness by developing personalized plans, using evidence-based approaches, fostering community partnerships, and helping them choose, get, and keep meaningful roles and skills for success and satisfaction in their chosen environment.
