Registration and Program Assistant (Bilingual - French) role at York University. Provides bilingual (English and French) support to Custom Project Leaders / Directors with corporate and international accounts. Performs translation of client documents between French and English, prepares custom seminars (in both languages), and acts as a bilingual front-line contact for executives seeking Executive Education programs. Receives and processes client registrations in English and French and maintains accurate registration records. Manages invoicing in accordance with SEEC and client billing specifications, including collection of overdue payments and ensuring invoice accuracy.
