Up to a $5000 Sign on Bonus

In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

  • Maintaining and updating professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans

  • Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required

  • Required on‑call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs
