We’re Looking for a Teammate Who Is:
A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Alberta with at least 1 year of experience
Warm, nurturing, and professional with strong communication skills
Energized by working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Motivated to build and retain a client base through exceptional care
Comfortable in a clinic setting (spa or energy healing experience is a bonus!)
Familiar with JaneApp (or willing to learn)
Passionate about women’s health and holistic wellness

️ What You’ll Do:
Provide therapeutic massage tailored to client needs
Manage client charting and documentation
Direct bill for your clients
Share light clinic tasks (laundry, linens, room reset)
Foster long-term client relationships and contribute to clinic growth

Flexible 6-hour shifts and 4 day work weeks to promote work/life balance
Thursday–Sunday schedule with opportunities to pick up extra shifts
Excellent contractor split (pay averages $3000 bi-weekly – $81.25 min to start)
