A leading childcare service provider in East Gwillimbury is seeking a passionate Child Care Educator. This role involves planning and delivering child-centered programs while ensuring quality care and safety. Successful candidates will hold an Early Childhood Educator Diploma and demonstrate strong relationship-building skills. Compensation includes a competitive salary and benefits, reflecting the YMCA’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Salary Rate: $54,600 ($28.00 per hour) - Rate of pay is made up of provincial wage funding and is inclusive of the CWELCC Workforce Funding

Work Hours: Rotating 8.5 hour weekly shifts with one hour lunch break between 7:00am-6:30pm
