Qualifications

  • Must be a Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing.
  • Prefer four years’ experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly.
  • Able to effectively teach/train staff.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Regional Health Services Specialist LVN - Northern CA

The Regional Health Services Specialist LVN is a licensed nurse responsible for managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the assigned communities to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. They ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and maintain quality care as residents' healthcare needs change. They supervise licensed nurses and other direct care team members within the community. They strengthen clinical processes within the community until a replacement is identified, then support newly assigned Health Services Director. They travel within the organization to support the management of vacant positions, startup communities, vacations/leave of absences, etc.

Salary range: $105k - $115k

Qualifications:
  • Must be a Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
  • Prefer Four (4) years’ experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
  • Prefer Three (3) year experience supervising and managing employees
  • Must have a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
  • Able to effectively teach/train staff
  • Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date.
