Role Description
5 Positions Available

This role is for a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, to be located in five Canadian cities (5 positions), Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, St. Catharines and Halifax, with the flexibility of work-from-home. The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for leading sales and marketing operations, managing customer service, and overseeing Dealer management. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing business development strategies, conducting market analysis, and driving sales growth within the region. End-user and Dealer calls are the focus of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Team Management experience with a focus on leadership and performance
  • Expertise in Business Development including market analysis and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote work environment
  • Minimum of 5-years experience in Business, Marketing or B2B Sales, three of which must be in the Jan-San category are required
  • Experience in a BSC cleaning / service company is a plus
  • Available to start October 1st.
