A national non-profit organization is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume recruitment efforts. This role emphasizes crafting job postings, managing candidate interactions, and participating in HR projects. Please note this is a 12-month, maternity leave replacement contract. Heart & Stroke offers a hybrid work option, and candidates may work from anywhere in Canada.
Join Heart & Stroke as a Recruitment Coordinator and help us build the team that saves lives and promotes healthier communities! In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with HR Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment support that drives our mission forward.
From crafting compelling job postings and sourcing top talent to conducting prescreens and completing reference checks, you’ll ensure a seamless candidate experience every step of the way. You’ll manage interview scheduling, maintain accurate recruitment reports, and keep candidates engaged throughout their journey. Beyond recruitment, you’ll contribute to exciting ad hoc HR projects, adding variety and impact to your work. If you’re organized, proactive, and passionate about connecting great people with a purpose-driven organization, this is the role for you!
This role offers a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000, aligned with our compensation framework and your professional background.
