A leading recruitment firm in Sydney seeks proactive Recruitment Admin Coordinators. You will manage the hiring process, offer candidate support, and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has experience in HR admin, strong organisational abilities, and familiarity with recruitment systems. Are you highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about supporting people through the recruitment journey? We're looking for two proactive Recruitment Admin Coordinators to join our team and help us attract, engage and onboard the best talent.
In this pivotal role you'll be the backbone of our recruitment operations, providing administrative support across the end-to-end hiring process. From posting job ads and scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications and maintaining recruitment systems you'll ensure every stage runs smoothly and professionally.
System savvy you'll raise recruitment requisitions in MyRequest, create job cards in PageUp, process invoices and journals as well as run various systems reports.
This role will offer a variety of tasks from managing the recruitment team inbox to assisting with the position descriptions management process including locating and maintaining position descriptions for hiring managers.
As the first point of contact for visa application processes you'll conduct background and pre-employment visa checks and coordinate the ABCs business sponsorship agreement including liaising with the ABC's external migration agent to assist with applications, queries and advice about employer sponsorship.
Position Description : RECRUITMENT
With previous experience in a recruitment / HR admin support role you'll have strong organisational, attention to detail and time management skills.
You'll have demonstrated experience using an e-recruitment system and be accomplished with HR systems including SAP HR and Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel, databases and reporting.
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a customer service focus is essential to the success of this role, as is the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
