A globally recognized manufacturing company, specializing in the production and transformation of advanced materials, is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join its team. If you are a dynamic and organized individual with excellent customer service skills and a sharp eye for detail in administrative tasks, this position might be right for you.

Responsibilities
  • Receptionist Role
    • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Manage the switchboard: answer calls, screen, and transfer communications.
    • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and faxes.
    • Manage office supplies and ensure the general tidiness of common areas.
    • Provide various administrative support tasks (filing, photocopying, meeting coordination, etc.).
  • Accounts Payable Support
    • Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
    • Follow up on purchase orders and verify supporting documentation.
    • Prepare checks and electronic payments for approval.
    • File and archive Accounts Payable documents.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Excellent proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written) – a major asset.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic experience in accounting.
  • Attention to detail, rigor, and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
