Overview

We are seeking a Reception Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities
  • Draft correspondences and finalize consultant drafts to completion / delivery
  • Schedule legal proceedings in conjunction with authorities and consultants / lawyers
  • Answer and field inbound telephone calls
  • Process mail, fax, e-filing
  • QC docketing (CLIO software)
  • Process new client retainers and follow-up A / R
  • Perform all other office tasks
