KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Inspection at First Article, in-process, receiving incoming (materials & processing) and final inspections of products according to company established procedures and customer requirements.
2. Perform accurate dimensional and visual inspection of raw material, components and sub-assemblies.
3. Able to read and interpret complex drawings and specification requirements.
4. Able to use a CMM and various inspection tools and devices.
5. Document and analyze inspection results and any non-conformances according to established procedures.
6. Familiar with AS9100, ISO9001 or other quality systems.
7. Detail oriented, with emphasis on accuracy.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

1. Some college.
2. Five years related experience and/or training.
3. Work experience in Aerospace industry desired.
4. Strong mathematical and problem solving skills.
5. Strong computer skills.
