Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus in civil, or a similar discipline.
• Academic or industry exposure to concrete mix design / materials engineering.
• Relevant concrete testing certifications (ACI, CSA).

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, troubleshoot and optimize concrete mixes for all Atlantic ready-mix plants.
• Evaluate current and potential material suppliers for product performance.
• Prepare submittal packages and ensure compliance with job specifications.
