Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician – Oklahoma

Location: Pryor Creek, Oklahoma
Responsibilities
- Review and comply with QTs, SQPs, and L4 documents required for product and raw material inspections.
- Conduct dock audits to verify packaging, labeling, and proper handling of finished goods.
- Perform line checks, inspections, and sampling during manufacturing to monitor compliance.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve in-process production concerns.
- Assist in investigating and resolving internal and external non-conformance issues.
- Provide guidance and training to operations on standards, best practices, and use of QA tools.
- Escalate and resolve product/process quality issues, including control of non-conforming product.
- Manage product inspections and determine disposition of on-hold products through data analysis.
- Compile customer documentation packages per sales order and inspection/test plan requirements.
- Maintain calibration systems and ensure gauge accuracy within IQMS.
- Monitor inventory levels of gauges and coordinate repairs, calibrations, or replacements.
- Participate in customer and regulatory audits, support findings resolution.
- Coordinate testing and shipment of customer samples; manage all periodic testing and record retention.
- Conduct process and internal ISO 9001 audits and assist in closing out audit findings.
- Support ongoing review and revision of QA-related L4 documentation.
- Contribute to training efforts and promote a culture of learning and teamwork.
- Engage in LEAN initiatives, 5S, and other continuous improvement projects within QA.
- Uphold health and safety standards through active participation and training.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with QA methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of safety and quality practices in manufacturing
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift 40-50 lbs
- Regular bending, kneeling, crouching and reaching
- Stacking coils up to 6ft height.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills required
Salary/Rate Range: $45,000 – $70,000
