Userful is looking for a QA Analyst with a good understanding of QA best practices, and an interest in constantly improving the way things work. This role will work in a small functional-focused team within our broader QA team, and help to improve the overall quality focus of all of our products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with testing software in conjunction with hardware, some history dealing with Enterprise-class QA practices, and ability to take the lead on initiatives. Experience in creating automated testing scripts to cover regression scenarios would be a great asset.
