Overview

Leadership experience in working with Quality engineering mindset. Strong communication and technical skills in automation tools, scripting languages. Ability to work with Business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Experience of leading teams, script test reviews
• Devops experience and participated in CT Pipeline setup & integrated test scripts
• Strong Automation design, scripting and execution background
• Hands-on skills needed to Automate and Execute Test cases
• Experience in working and developing automation framework, creation of the automation Suite, automated Test Cases and Automation Reporting
• Strong experience in languages including vbScript, Core Java, Python, basic shell scripting
• Good Knowledge of Databases Oracle and SQL, Unix/Linux
• Experience in Automation tools Selenium WebDriver, Robot Framework, Visual Studio
• Analyze requirements and derive test cases from requirements
• Ability to present SIT test results in front of large groups business prior to UAT
• Proficient with JIRA Zephyr, Confluence, HP ALM and SharePoint
• Proficient with DB, SQL queries, Interfaces, Logs, Financial data reconciliation and BI reporting
• Gather relevant defect data and symptoms to share with development team for effective and efficient developer issue investigation and resolution
• Collect root cause and suggested improvements from developers for the teams feedback and continuous improvement
• A team player, understands QA is part of the Project Team and the development team
• Clear communication skills
• Analytical thinking, detail oriented, and problem solving capability
• Ability to work productively from home or the office as required
• Actively contributes and participates in team discussions, and put forth ideas to improve

Preferences / Requirements

• Should have preferably in Automation COE
• Should have preferably worked for financial services based programs/projects
