Veeva Systems is looking for a functional QA Engineer with black box and automation testing experience to join our rapidly growing team. This is a hands-on position for delivering quality SaaS applications in the Commercial space into production.

What You'll Do

• Work in an agile, small team environment focusing on speed and quality
• Create testing documentation, including test plans, test cases / scripts, and bug reports, assessing quality and risk
• Collaborate with the automation team to automate features for better regression coverage
• Develop deep expertise in the product
• Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes within schedules
• Work with software engineers, product managers, and QA testers in an Agile environment
• Participate in product and feature design reviews

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience, including software development and / or test automation
• Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and approaches (black box and automated testing)
• Experience in writing and automating test cases, including boundary, negative, compatibility, and concurrency tests
• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail
• Experience in a SaaS environment with agile development

Compensation

• Base pay : $65,000 - $115,000
• Salary varies based on experience and location; other compensation may include bonuses and stock options
