In this role, you will collaborate with product owners and developers, design comprehensive tests, and communicate quality insights effectively. Your expertise in manual testing and test automation will be crucial in ensuring that every release is user-friendly and trustworthy. Responsibilities

  • Work with product owners and developers to understand what needs to be built and tested.
  • Design and run tests that cover new features, regression checks, and overall product quality.
  • Spot issues early, document them clearly, and follow through until they’re resolved.
  • Join sprint discussions to share quality insights and help decide when a release is ready.
  • Explore the product beyond scripted tests to uncover unexpected problems or usability gaps.
  • Validate builds with smoke tests and support deployment activities during release cycles.
  • Keep test documentation organized and ensure requirements are fully covered by tests.
  • Share progress updates, risks, and quality metrics with the team and stakeholders.
  • Suggest improvements to processes so that quality becomes a natural part of how the team works.
