A global gaming company in Montreal is seeking a Player Experience Strategist to enhance player experiences in game productions. This role involves building and executing strategies based on player feedback and collaborating closely with production teams. Ideal candidates should have solid experience in mixed method research and a passion for understanding player behaviors. The position supports a creative and inclusive workplace with a hybrid work model.

In partnership with production teams and using various methodologies at our disposal, we analyze player feedback to provide in-depth and relevant insights and support decision-making.
The Player Experience Strategist works within the Insights direction team, which is organized to support productions grouped into portfolios alongside user research analysts, and reports to a portfolio manager. Team members may be located in Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, Halifax (Canada), Cary (NC, USA), and Paris (France).
The Player Experience Strategist will be working conjointly with game productions and be a major actor in building the best, most innovative player experiences in the industry. This person will be the owner of the project’s player experience while working with a team of experts in establishing and executing their strategy.
