Pursuit Collection Jasper, AB • $15.50 an hour • Seasonal, Full-time

Location: Jasper, AB. This seasonal role supports guests with exceptional dining service and hospitality in a mountain resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service and hospitality.
• Bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Take beverage orders, prepare beverages, and serve guests promptly.
• Coordinate guests and tour groups in the dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas.
• Operate the point of sale system accurately and handle cash, credit cards, and cash-out forms responsibly.
• Work professionally during periods of high volume to deliver a consistent dining experience.
• Provide guests with exceptional service while upholding Pursuit Hospitality Standards.
• Stock and maintain product levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience.
• Pro-Serve qualification.
• Enthusiastic about hospitality and providing warm, engaging service to high volumes of guests.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Able to stand for extended periods in indoor/outdoor environments at high altitudes; prepared for all weather conditions.
• Secondary language skills are an asset.
• Consent to a criminal record check as part of the employment process.
