Requirements for this position

• PSW certification or diploma is a must.
• First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate (within 1 year)
• Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
• TB test and Immunizations (up to date)

Responsibilities/Duties

• Support client to perform ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and more
• Assist client in safely ambulating and transferring
• Perform delegated tasks as required

• Provide clear, timely communication to the client, family and any stakeholders
• Promotes a safe environment for both the client and worker
